LONDON, June 28 (TNF): King Charles hosted a charity reception at Buckingham Palace. The event celebrated 10 years of The King’s Trust.
George and Amal Clooney joined the celebration. Other stars included Joanna Lumley, Joseph Fiennes, Charlotte Tilbury, the Sugababes, Declan Donnelly, Fearne Cotton, and Kate Garraway.
The King’s social media shared a video of the event. The Clooneys featured in the thumbnail. The post said, “The King hosted a special reception for the winners of The King’s Trust Awards 2025. His Majesty met award winners from the UK and abroad.”
The post praised the winners for bettering their lives and helping their communities. It also congratulated The King’s Trust International on its 10th anniversary.
The Clooneys have met King Charles before. They also attended Prince Harry and Meghan’s 2018 wedding. At that event, George Clooney mixed drinks for guests.
